Still feeling very emotionally fragile today. I want it to go away. I prefer the somewhat closed off, hidden emotions. I don’t like feeling that at any moment I could spill my guts, or just burst into tears. It is like my emotions need to be cleansed, but who will listen? Who will exercise these demons?
She Don’t Believe In Shooting Stars But She Believe In Shoes, And Cars.
Watched A Single Man for the first time last night. It is impossible for me to believe it was made by a first time director. Every single millisecond of that movie was stunning. I was in tears for the entire middle section of the movie, but not full on weeping, it was not after making me weep. It wanted to just push some tears out of me and leave me an emotional wreck, which it did. Colin Firth gives one of the top 20 performances I have ever seen, no joke. From the opening frame until that gorgeously perfect ending, Firth is mesmerizing. I want to watch it again and again.
